Agents that follow our sales system and maintain the right level of activity can earn between $75,000 and $150,000 within their first year. We know that cash flow is king, so we provide our agents with daily advanced commissions. In addition, as you build your book of business, you will be building residual income and renewals. No matter your skill level, Titan Life provides new and improved sales training to all of our incoming agents. Our training is virtual during this time; however, our team is dedicated to lending the exact tools to each and every one of our agents in order to sell our products successfully. The sales system we have in place allows our agents to have a higher closing percentage for each sale. We have produced a series training modules that walk you through our proven sales system. This proprietary system has carried a number of agents to 6 and 7 figure income success. The right system, with the right activity levels, will only help you to succeed as an agent with Titan Life.

Our lead program is internet based and will be customized to each individual producer.  These leads are generated in house, NOT purchased from a third party vendor and are specific to the final expense market.  If you are going to work in the field, you are able to customize the territory that you can generate leads. You will also have the ability to generate leads to be worked by phone.  Within our system, a managed level of activity is critical for success.
